Bringing Human Potential to Life
Saksham Youth
All big things come from small beginnings. Sometimes it’s hard to imagine that a small seed can actually grow into a magnificent thing in life; and yet, it happens all the time. The same is true about Our Hidden Potential.
You can create
the changes you really want.
My entire Career Guidance/Advise/ Coaching program is based on the theme of CHANGE.
CHANGE is the Only Constant in life. Embrace the same.
Study shows that people fail to reach their full potential, is because few people are not aware of their actual potential in the first place. It’s mostly about ignorance, fear about knowing the unknown, limiting belief & complacency. How good they are and how good they think they are. It's all about perception.
My Story...
Create Change
You meet thousands of people and none of them really touch you, and then you meet one person and your life is changed forever. If you agree on this let me be that Person in your life. My role in your career-life journey is part adviser, part sounding board,
part cheer-leader, part manager and part strategist.
The primary goal of my career guidance services is to ensure the growth of the individual, especially that of younger generation, as a whole, while the focus is on their strengths and hidden abilities.
My name is Vinayak Panse
It took me almost twenty years to find out the ‘Aha!’ moment in my Career. After venturing into different career paths, I finally realised that my multiple transitions, background in Sales, Corporate Training, HR and my undying passion for working with the Youth coupled with a large dose of empathy, had prepared me well to be a Career Advisor/ Coach.
I was forced to reassess my life and make radical changes personally, professionally and financially, so I know the fear but also the empowerment, growth, happiness and success that come from embracing change. I THRIVED!
For me change provided the space to become more creative leading to enter into this wonderful career and an opportunity to grow and develop in ways I would never have imagined. It is this mix of inspiration, creativity, tenacity, passion, skill and experience that I bring to my work which I would like to share with you.
My passion is to help you find your purpose, reach your full personal and professional potential and become and remain happy, healthy, resilient and successful.

Career Guidance
what is it all about?
Career Guidance is known around the world with different terminologies: ‘career counselling’, ‘career development’, ‘career coaching’ ‘careers information and advice’, and ‘vocational counselling and orientation’. Also, the term ‘career’ is often not adequate in contexts where options revolve more around livelihoods.
Career guidance can be described as - A service which help people of any age to manage their careers and to make the educational, training and occupational choices that are meaningful for them. It helps people to reflect on their abilities, ambitions, interests, qualifications, skills and talents – and to relate this knowledge about who they are to who they might become in life and work.
Individuals, families and communities differ in the extent to which they are able to visualise and plan their future. It is an important role of career guidance to address such differences and inequalities.
The overall aim of career guidance is to develop the capacity of individuals to manage their careers. Career guidance should occur throughout life: from Preparatory schooling ( refer the 5+3+3+4 Education System New Academic Structure NEP 2020) onwards at all stages, including Middle and Secondary stage education, vocational education, university, and when working, being unemployed or not able to work. In a nutshell it’s a lifelong process.
The overall aim of career guidance is to develop the capacity of individuals to manage their careers, hence, their career management skills (CMS). CMS are meant to empower individuals and their families, and they should not result in demoralizing participants in case of unsuccessful career patterns, which often depend on factors beyond their control, including economic growth, or the quality of education.
CMS are meant to empower individuals and their families, and they should not result in demoralizing participants in case of unsuccessful career patterns, which often depend on factors beyond their control, including economic growth, or the quality of education.
Career guidance is thus also a form of “sustainable activation”: it differs from the type of short-term employment counselling, such as the one in public employment services, that aims at matching existing skills with open vacancies for immediate insertion. Both are necessary services.
However, in the context of rapid changes in the job market, technological advancements, demographic and climate change, the need for lifelong learning, and career guidance services have become more important than ever before.
To conclude, I would like to add that, When barriers to information remain high, and children tend to be better educated than their parents, career guidance is also an important policy for equity. In its absence, social, gender and class norms tend to be reproduced across generations, and children and parents become over reliant on perceptions, rather than benefiting from data to make lifelong decisions.
