Saksham Youth seeks to develop meaningful relationships with it's partner schools & Colleges to help strengthen their Career Development programs and outcomes.

Key Components of My Program

A Career Development Program for each school & College is developed separately, considering individual needs and requirements.

Saksham Youth’s engagement usually occurs prior to standard 9th & standard 11th subject selection, and includes a facilitated 2.5 to 3.0 hour session and Careers Guidance Report.

Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes, and may be conducted by me & my team, the school Careers Advisor, or in a group session.

My aim is to make the program as easy as possible to administer, while ensuring connection and ownership through the school Career counselling/guidance department.

This makes key information on student progress and action plans at your fingertips, enabling more effective student follow-up and support.
